Returns & Refunds

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for reasons of preference, size, or change of mind.
  • Returns/refunds are only considered in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

Mandatory Opening Video

  • Customers must record a complete unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened.
  • The video must clearly show the outer packaging, product inside, and the damage/defect.
  • Without this video evidence, no claim will be accepted.

Claim Process

  1. Email us at contact@rudrika.in within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach the opening video and clear photos of the defect/damage.
  3. Our team will review the evidence and confirm eligibility.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of minor issues, Rudrika may offer a partial refund or store credit at its discretion.

Non‑Eligible Cases

  • No claims accepted without opening video.
  • No returns/refunds for color variation due to screen resolution.
  • No returns/refunds for sarees damaged after use, washing, or handling.
