  • Courier Partner: Shiprocket (aggregating trusted carriers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.)
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges:
  • Flat rate of ₹150 per saree.
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹4,999.
  • Accessories (e.g., Meenakari earrings) ship at ₹80 flat rate

International Shipping

  • Currently, Rudrika ships only within India. International shipping will be announced soon.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • Tracking updates are provided directly by Shiprocket’s courier partners.

Non‑Delivery & Delays

  • Rudrika is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.

Packaging & Safety

  • All sarees are packed in tamper‑proof, water‑resistant packaging.
  • Please record an opening video when unboxing, as this is required for any damage claims.
